These terms apply when you buy from this website. By placing an order you agree to them. They don’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer in Ireland.

Age

We only sell alcohol to people aged 18 or over. By ordering alcohol you confirm you are 18 or over. We may ask for proof of age, and may refuse or cancel an order if we can’t confirm it. Alcohol must not be handed to anyone under 18 on delivery or collection.

Orders

After you order, we’ll email to confirm we’ve received it. Your order is accepted when we send it out (or arrange collection). We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or there’s an error in the price or description. If we cancel, we’ll refund anything you’ve paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown in your basket before you pay. Payment is taken securely at checkout.

Products

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours and packaging may vary slightly. Limited editions are available while stocks last.

Delivery and collection

We deliver within the Republic of Ireland. Delivery times are estimates. Collection is by arrangement. See Delivery & Collection for details.

Returns and refunds

You can change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, and you have rights if something arrives faulty or damaged. See Returns & Refunds.

We use your details to process your order. See Privacy & Cookies.

Liability

We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We’re not responsible for losses that weren’t foreseeable, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by Irish law, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction.
